The program concept

The Indian industry has come a long way in the past couple of years with the impact of growth being felt in almost every walk of life.

Organizations have grown in rapid pace and there has been a gap in demand and supply of talented manpower and also shortage of skill sets to bridge this gap.

Academics alone has not been able to full fill the demand created by this quantum growth.

Through its E4 - TADP Program E4 has therefore dedicated itself to this cause by partnering various work study programs with colleges & corporates in order to create the above mentioned talent pool.

Benefits to a company:

A company has an opportunity to maintain a constant pool of talent as bench strength and also the option of selecting the best performers for Final placement in the company subject to vacancy being available .

Benefits to a student:

The program curricular design is based on the principles of classroom / online lectures , field assignments / projects and target based performance in a live business environment and is conducted in 3 phases :

  • Phase One:

The first phase involves a 10 day orientation to help the student to understand the industry , the nature of the job and the company expectation and the culture .The student also has the option of not continuing the program in case he / she does not like the job or the environment.

  • Phase Two :

The second phase involves a structured 3 months non target based internship wherein a company coach hand holds and guides the student through the business plans and deliverables while also training him on his expected role in the company in the future.

  • Phase three:

The third phase involves an additional 3 months target based internship wherein the student is expected to independently deliver the business goals on a month to month basis and achieve all his performance criteria set.

  • Final Placement:

Subject to the successful completion of the 6 months the student can look forward to a final placement with the participating company as a permanent employee subject to meeting all the performance criteria as laid down by E4 and the participating company during the training period.

  • Scholarships available:

The student is also paid a scholarship as per the participating company policy guideline during the above mentioned internship period of 6 months.

  • How to apply and commencement dates:

Last date for applications : 31st October every year

  • 10 day internship period:

1st November to 15th November every year

  • Period of selection interviews:

15th November to 15th December every year

  • Course commencement & Completion :

1st January to 30th June every year

1st April to 30th September every year
